Kushal Pal Singh is basically from Bulandshahar, Uttar Pradesh and born in the year 1931. He is more popularly known as the Mogul of Real Estate. He is the Chief executive officer of DLF Limited which is a largest real estate developer in India and was founded by his father in law.
Kushal Pal Singh was first selected for the Indian Army and later in the year 1960, he joined with American Universal Electric Company.

This company was merged with DLF Universal Limited. This merger took place in the year 1979 and he took up his duties as a managing director of DLF Universal Limited. He was also the central director on board of Reserve Bank of India.
He is known as the 22nd wealthiest man in India and ranked 551st billionaire in the world by Forbes.

2008 – 8th wealthiest man in the world and richest real estate mogul
